Trillium Brewing Co. – A Brief Look Back

Over the past 2+ years, we’ve been following the construction and development of Trillium Brewing Co., a small, artisanal craft brewery located in the Fort Point neighborhood of Boston.

Trillium is one of just three production breweries based in the city (Harpoon Brewery and Boston Beer Co. being the others), and, in the year since its launch, has attracted a devoted, cult-like following and rave reviews for its farmhouse-style beers and barrel-aged offerings.

We’ve been lucky enough to document the growth and progress of the brewery from its foundation, shadowing owners JC and Esther Tetreault and the entire Trillium team from nail and hammer to hops and malt.
